Creative Producer | 2022 - 2025
Art Centre Penryn is the development of the former Penryn Methodist Church and School Room in Penryn town centre into a major new creative space, including The School Room renovation into a workshop space, studios and a community art room with a programme of creative well-being courses. Led by GW Arts CIC, as part of their previous visual art gallery at Grays Wharf, Penryn.
As Creative Producer, I delivered inclusive arts and wellbeing programmes, led marketing, supported contemporary art exhibitions and artist collaborations, and contributed to the development of a new creative venue. Weekly creative social groups brought together around 30 people, using creativity to reduce isolation, strengthen community connections and improve wellbeing, alongside the £340k funded project to regenerate The School Room.
